The jewellery capital
In the beginning of September we travelled to Bangkok to visit Bangkok Gems & Jewelry Show, which is among the top 5 largest jewellery trade fair in the the industry worldwide.
It was quite the whirlwind adventure, with a whopping 1,100 companies scattered across three floors. Trust me, you’d need more than a few days to conquer the entire fair!
Jan Bo had a chat with two incredibly skilled artisans from Japan, Youichi Fukasawa and Taeko Yanagisawa. They specialize in crafting stunning jewelry and handcrafting exquisite gemstones, resulting in truly remarkable pieces of art.
Off to chinatown
We took a couple of minutes snapping some awesome photos with the neon signs and the vibrant evening scene as our background.

By sheer luck, we secured a table at the Michelin-star restaurant, Guay Jub Ouan Pochana, which had been overflowing with diners when we first passed by!
