ORDERS

You may place an order through the website kanqvist.com. To order, click on the desired item(s), choose size and colour if option available and click ‘add to cart’. Please note, that items in your cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. You may change the contents of the cart until the time you confirm your purchase. At checkout enter your name, billing and delivery address, email, phone number and payment information. You confirm the order by clicking the button “Continue to Payment”. Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirming the details of your order. This email is just a confirmation that we have received the order. When your order is approved an order confirmation will be sent to you via email.

Kanqvist ApS has the right to reject or limit an order due to pricing error, availability, payment issues or detection of fraud, as well as restricting the quantities to any one shipping address.

COLOURS & SHAPES

The jewellery on our website is shown as accurately as possible. Depending on your monitor and settings the colours may vary.

Jewellery made with gemstones can vary slightly in shapes and sizes since it is hand-crafted natural stone.

WARRENTY

All Kanqvist products purchased on kanqvist.com come with a manufacturer’s warranty for at period of 2 years from the date of receipt.

Kanqvist will offer replacement for items showing a manufacturing defect during the warranty period. If an identical replacement is not available, we will offer a replacement item of equivalent value.

Please keep your proof of purchase to assist with your warranty claim.

LOST JEWELLERY

Kanqvist does not take responsibility for lost jewellery.

PRICE & PAYMENT

Kanqvist ApS accepts Visa, Mastercard, MobilePay, ApplePay

All prices on Kanqvist ApS and kanqvist.com include VAT within the EU.

Prices on kanqvist.com are shown in Danish Kroner and Euro. Prices are based on geographic location and apply to your order at the time of order acceptance. The final price will be calculated based on the prevailing exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction The payment from the order will be deducted from your card when the item(s) has been dispatched. Kanqvist ApS is not responsible for late payments by card issuers.

Please note that orders from outside the European Union may be subject to duties and taxes upon arrival in your country. These costs are borne by the customer and not by Kanqvist ApS.

By purchasing from Kanqvist ApS, you authorise Clearhouse and Quickpay to perform additional security checks to verify your order if necessary.

All rights on industrial and intellectual property of the website, as well as all content in it, are property of Kanqvist ApS. When you order from kanqvist.com you confirm that any and all purchases are for personal use and will not be extended for commercial purposes or any other commercial advantages. All text, graphics, software, photographs and logos are the property of Kanqvist ApS and may not be used without prior written authorisation from Kanqvist ApS.
