From first conversation to finished piece.
1. Conversation
We begin online. Tell us what you have in mind, and together we find the direction, whether it is one piece or several.
2. Meeting
We meet to go through the details: materials, size, symbols and the story the piece should carry.
3. Design
Chi Mei sketches your piece by hand and refines the drawing until it feels right. The red pencil line marks a design that is entirely your own, and you will find it again on the card in your box.
4. Sample and production
Before production, you approve a sample. Only then is your piece made.
